We very much hope to run a 14s team again this year.  Information will be posted as soon as we know for sure.

FURY could not be happier with the 14s turnout.  Seven different school districts were represented and we are happy to be able to offer all of you a team (well, really two!)

So here is what we need from you:

1.  We need for you to make every opportunity to attend tonight's contract signing meeting at Eastport-South Manor High School at 8pm tonight (Wed, Dec 17th).

2.  Prior to arriving, please make sure you have fully registered with GEVA (see link below).  This means the full registration cost, not the $5 or $10 option.

3.  Please also make sure you have chosen "Long Island FURY" as your club affiliation within the GEVA registration system.

4.  Please arrive with your tuition.  $700 (cash or check made payable to "Long Island FURY Volleyball."  If you wish to pay in installments, please arrive with three checks as follows:
   Check #1: $300 dated today
   Check #2: $200 dated Feb 20, 2015
   Check #3: $200 dated Mar 20, 2015

5.  If you absolutely cannot attend tonight's meeting (come even if it's later as we will be there until 10pm for practice), please email me at mcuccinello@optonline.net so we can arrange for the finalization of the paperwork.

6.  You should be receiving an email from Coach Johnson with some pertinent documentation.  If you could print and complete this beforehand, everything will go more smoothly.  Just a suggestion.

And just so we are on the same page....we will be forming two teams.  One will practice at Seneca Middle School (Sachem) from 6-7:30 on Tuesdays and the other will practice at Eastport Elementary on Fridays from 8-9:30.  We will divide the girls into the two teams and will take into account where you live, the position you play, and what team we feel you fit best on.

USA Volleyball Registration - HUGELY IMPORTANT
BEFORE TRYING OUT, be sure to register AND PAY online with USA Volleyball by clicking this link.  We had suggested registering for the tryout option ($10), but apparently this option has been deactivated by GEVA.  We apologize for any confusion.  So you will need to register in full so that we have a sanctioned event and that everyone is covered.  Unfortunately, paying for the full registration does not mean you will make the team (though we do not anticipate making cuts).  Please sure to bring both a printed copy of the proof of registration email as well as a completed USA Volleyball medical release form with you.  Thank you and sorry for the confusion.
